Meet Manish
CEO and Founder
Manish founded Kangaroo Disability Services in September 2021 with a clear belief that people living with disability should be supported to live full, meaningful lives with dignity, choice and independence. His vision for KDS was shaped by more than a decade of frontline experience as a disability support worker, where he saw firsthand the difference that respectful, person-centred support can make.
Meet Jyoti
Operations Lead – Tasmania
Jyoti joined Kangaroo Disability Services in May 2024 and now leads our operations in Tasmania, supporting participants across Hobart and surrounding areas. With experience in the disability sector and a strong commitment to person-centred care, she plays an important role in ensuring participants receive consistent, respectful and high-quality support.
Meet Sue
Day Options Coordinator and Support Worker
Sue has been part of Kangaroo Disability Services since 2022 and plays a key role in coordinating the Day Options program while also supporting participants directly. With more than a decade of experience in the disability sector, she brings strong practical knowledge, leadership and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Meet Michelle
Chef and Cooking Class Instructor
Michelle O’Hara leads the cooking program, supporting participants to build confidence and independence through practical, hands-on learning. With more than 25 years of experience as a chef, Michelle brings a depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for food into every session. Her approach is grounded in patience, encouragement and creating a positive environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and try new things.
Meet Jai
Adminstration Officer
Jaipreet Kaur is part of the Kangaroo Disability Services team as an Administration Officer, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep services running smoothly. With a strong focus on organisation, communication and attention to detail, she plays an important role in ensuring both participants and staff have a positive and seamless experience.

Team Leader
Atul has been part of Kangaroo Disability Services since the very beginning and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. With a strong focus on rostering and coordination, Atul works behind the scenes to ensure participants receive consistent, reliable support from the right team members.
Meet Jitender
Team Leader
Jitender is an experienced member of the Kangaroo Disability Services team, bringing strong leadership and a genuine passion for supporting people to build independence and confidence. With a background in both frontline support and team leadership, he plays an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality services to participants.

Team Leader
