Hi there, I'm Atul, Team Leader

Atul has been part of Kangaroo Disability Services since the very beginning and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. With a strong focus on rostering and coordination, Atul works behind the scenes to ensure participants receive consistent, reliable support from the right team members.

With experience in the disability sector since 2021, Atul brings a practical and proactive approach to his role. He has a strong understanding of participant needs, team dynamics and service delivery, which allows him to build rosters that support both staff and participants effectively.

A typical day for Atul is busy and fast-paced, largely focused on managing and finalising rosters. He enjoys the challenge of bringing everything together and ensuring the schedule works well for everyone involved. For Atul, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing a roster come together successfully, knowing it will support quality care and positive outcomes for participants.

Atul describes himself as practical, caring and proactive. He values teamwork, clear communication and finding solutions that work in real-world situations. His favourite quote, “Never Back Down,” reflects his approach to both work and life.

Outside of work, Atul enjoys spending time with his family and going cycling. His favourite meal is lentils with rice and salad, and if he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to stop wars and help people live peacefully.

Atul’s consistency, reliability and commitment make him an important part of the Kangaroo Disability Services team.
