Hi there, I'm Jai, Administration Officer

Jai is part of the Kangaroo Disability Services team as an Administration Officer, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep services running smoothly. With a strong focus on organisation, communication and attention to detail, she plays an important role in ensuring both participants and staff have a positive and seamless experience.

Jai brings a diverse background across education, customer service and administration. She is currently completing a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) at Flinders University and holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, giving her a strong understanding of both people and processes within the disability and community sector.

Her experience includes working in fast-paced environments where she has developed strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Jaipreet enjoys being part of a team and is known for her collaborative nature and willingness to support others wherever needed.

In her role at KDS, Jai assists with administrative tasks, communication and coordination, helping ensure enquiries, bookings and day-to-day operations are managed efficiently. Her friendly and approachable manner makes her a valued first point of contact for many participants, families and stakeholders.

Jai is passionate about building a career in the community sector and enjoys working in an environment where she can contribute to positive outcomes for others.
