Today’s class was all about bringing the flavors of our favorite takeaway meals right into our kitchens! We recreated classic Chinese dishes like lemon chicken and stir-fried vegetables, learning all about the vibrant world of Asian cuisine and how to use fresh ingredients to create healthier versions of these popular dishes.
A warm welcome back to Stephen, who just returned from his overseas holiday! It was fantastic to hear about his adventures, and his bright, cheerful shirt brought extra color to our day. Welcome back, Stephen—we missed you!
After a delicious lunch, we wrapped up with a delightful dessert: Apple and Custard Tea Cake, served with a scoop of ice cream. It was so delicious that not a crumb was left!
